As we begin an exciting new chapter in the Big West Conference, we look forward to competing against a strong lineup of programs including California Baptist, Cal Poly, CSU Bakersfield, Cal State Fullerton, Long Beach State, CSUN, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, and Utah Valley. This move represents a tremendous opportunity for growth and continued excellence.
Our success in the Big Sky Conference has built a strong foundation for this transition. Since 2015, we compiled a 126-53 conference mark, including a dominant 76-13 home record in Big Sky play. Over 30 years in the Big Sky, our program captured 14 conference championships, posted a 331-150 league record, advanced to the NCAA Tournament 11 times, and earned multiple national recognitions.
Most recently, our student-athletes earned four major conference awards, including Big Sky MVP, Setter of the Year, Libero of the Year, and Freshman of the Year honors. At least three of our players have earned all-conference recognition for 11 consecutive seasons — a testament to the consistent excellence of our program.
