For more than 65 years, the department of Communication Sciences and Disorders has remained committed to providing the community with exceptional speech, language, and hearing services through our on-campus clinic, the Maryjane Rees Language, Speech, and Hearing Center (MRLSHC). Not only have we produced top-ranked clinicians throughout the years with our highly respected clinical education, we have positively impacted the lives of thousands of people across the life span by providing compassionate and quality-based services.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our in-person interactions with clients have ceased, but the department and students are determined to find alternative ways to serve our community and receive the best education virtually. Please consider contributing to our Communication Sciences and Disorders General Fund. This fund allows the department chair to allocate funds to the greatest needs in the Department—and during these times those needs are focused on our students. So many students are experiencing financial hardship due to this pandemic and your support can directly and immediately help them. Thank you in advance for your support.
