World Languages & Literatures

Your generosity helps the Department of World Languages and Literatures build a strong and diverse department that offers not only the most popular languages, but the most important and strategic.

The Department of World Languages and Literatures' mission is to provide students with the opportunity to learn about world languages, literatures, and cultures to broaden cultural understanding, increase language proficiency, and enable students to communicate successfully in a pluralistic American society and abroad. We currently offer a Master of Arts in Spanish, undergraduate majors in Spanish and French, minors in Chinese, French, German, Italian, and Spanish, and also offer additional languages classes in Korean, Punjabi, and just recently, Arabic.

Your donation is essential in helping us provide unique instructional and cultural opportunities to our students. By providing even a small donation, you will help enrich our student’s future through exploration and understanding of diverse viewpoints.
