CARES Fund

The Sac State CARES Fund provides support to students who are in crisis and experiencing unique challenges to their education. The CARES fund is used to help students avoid eviction, and provide rapid rehousing if students are displaced. The fund also assists students with one-time support related to emergency transportation and safety repairs to their commuter vehicles and bicycles, food insecurity, home utilities, childcare, technology and course materials. Gifts to this fund provide the most essential resources required for our students to persist and succeed in their education.
