Women’s & Gender Studies

Dear Hornet Family,

In the Women's and Gender Studies Department, students examine structures of power in order to develop tools to advance gender, racial, and social justice. Our department empowers our students to be agents of change in their communities and society. Recent student-led initiatives at Sac State have focused on efforts to educate the campus community on sexual assaults and the prevention of sexual violence.

Please consider a donation to the Women's and Gender Studies Department. Each dollar raised will go directly to our program and contribute to our students' ability to succeed.
