Many college students do not complete their degree for a variety of reasons (work, family, finances, health, etc.). Once away from university life, it can be difficult to return due to personal and financial commitments. Yet an undergraduate degree and/or an advanced graduate degree is critical for employment and career advancement in most fields.
To help these adult learners and meet the workforce demand for more employees with an undergraduate degree, Sacramento State offers HornetAttain!, an initiative designed to reengage adults and help them on their journey to securing a degree. HornetAttain! also aligns with CCE’s long-standing practice of offering undergraduate degree completion programs that are designed for adult learners, with online, evening, weekend, and accelerated courses paired with specialized student support services. The degree completion programs are perfect for returning adult learners, as well as adult learners starting their higher education journey for the first time.
In an effort to help adult learners and meet the workforce demand for more employees with a graduate degree, the College of Continuing Education (CCE) at Sacramento State offers programs designed for working professionals to reengage and help them on their journey to finishing what they started.
