Veterans Success Center
Sacramento State is making it easier for veterans, active duty members, Guardsmen, Reservists and their family members to earn a four-year college degree. Your support of the Veterans Success Center enables us to offer the critical financial, academic, and peer support that will help ensure their successful path to a college degree. We are proud to support over 1,200 students!
The program assists veterans by providing:
- Scholarship opportunities for books and supplies
- A variety of summer programs and workshops to help veterans transition from military to the campus environment
- Assistance with admission to the University
- Help with completing GI Bill benefit requirements, and federal and state claim forms
- An opportunity to build camaraderie with other veterans through the campus Student Veteran Organization
