We believe everyone deserves an opportunity to have a high-quality STEM experience, regardless of how much they can pay. The Planetarium is available morning and afternoon, five days a week, to host fieldtrips, and is capable of welcoming more than 30,000 schoolchildren and teachers annually for field trips. Those numbers are in addition to the roughly 15,000 people per year who attend a weekend public show.
With donor support, we can keep the ticket prices affordable for all – Sacramento State students and children 12 and under are free, and general admission tickets are only $5.
A Seat Under the Stars campaign – There are 10 seats remaining in our campaign. For a donation of $1,000, a seat will be named in your honor. If you would like to be part of the campaign and name a seat, please include this in the note section when you make your donation.
